We grow our vegetables hyper-locally in the heart of Eindhoven and harvest our own fresh daily for in your Phood Farm Tasting Box. Guaranteed cheaper and fresher than comparable organic supermarket products. The Phood Farm Box is 100% pesticide-free, natural, ecological and regeneratively grown through permaculture principles or with urban farming techniques such as aquaponics.

- Seasonal vegetables November: cavolo nero, red or white cabbage, chard, winter purslane, herbs, edible flowers.
- Mushrooms: shiitake, oyster mushroom.
- Microgreens: broccoli, red cabbage, sunflower, kale or radishes.
- Aquaponic City Sla (available in late November due to relocation).
- Phood Kitchen seasonal soup: chicken bone broth or vegan vegetable broth.
- Please note that ingredients may vary slightly each week depending on the harvest.
After the enrollment process, we will contact you for the date to pick up your Phood Farm Trial Box. You can pick up your crate of vegetables between 12:30am and 9pm at Hugo van der goeslaan 2-03 in Eindhoven (Phood Kitchen/ Phood Farm). Should that not work out, we will look for another solution.

Did you know that your box contributes to growing the number of apprenticeships and workplaces for young people distanced from the labor market? They work daily at Phood Farm with the local community at our indoor Aquaponic Care Farm and outdoor Community Farm.
Note: We charge a 3.50 euro deposit for the sustainable packaging. We encourage reuse and set up our box accordingly. If you return the containers, you will also get the deposit back.
