Community Farm Flex card - 5x co-farming and/or harvesting

€95,- one-time (including 5x harvesting)
or free (without harvesting)

Want to get acquainted with Phood Community Farm by occasionally co-farming on the land and harvesting local and ecological vegetables at times that are convenient for you? Then sign up for the Community Farm Flex card - 5x Co-farming and/or harvesting!

At our Phood Community Farm in Eindhoven, we grow fresh seasonal vegetables. Together with a diverse group of like-minded co-farmers of all ages and backgrounds, we work according to permaculture principles.

Our garden is natural, regenerative, grown without the use of pesticide and fertilizers and with a focus on caring for both people and nature.

With a flexcard you can join co-farm and/or harvesting. Every first Saturday of the month, a Community Farm Trial Day place. We ask that you spend your first day hereby join. We will then start at 9:30 a.m. with a central explanation and tour. The other days are flexible.

Helping out in the fields?
Together with experienced community farmers, you’ll explore our garden and learn about permaculture. You will get to work yourself with sowing, planting, weeding, practical garden chores and more.
The regular co-farm days are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Pick your own vegetables and herbs.
At 12:30 you will get an explanation of what you can harvest and how to do it. Then you get to pick your own vegetables, herbs, edible flowers and fruits! The harvest varies with the seasons, so there will be more to pick in the summer than in the winter.

  • Picking/harvesting yourself: By harvesting your own vegetables, fruits, edible flowers and herbs, you experience connection with your food.
  • Fresh local and ecological vegetables: You harvest your vegetables straight from the land, right when you need them. You can’t get any fresher!
  • Connected to nature: You actively experience the seasons. From the first spring flowers to the harvest of autumn, you see what grows and what doesn’t during the year.
  • A strong community: By being with like-minded people in the garden, we strengthen social bonds and work together to create a healthy, local food supply. Together, we make the harvest richer and the experience more meaningful.

For €95 you will enjoy 5 mornings of gardening fun and pick that week’s seasonal harvest for yourself. The flex card is for 1 person and valid for 1 year. Will you be gardening and harvesting with more than one person? Then order a flex card for two or more people.

Includes:

  • Guided tour and co-farming in the fields.
  • One serving of that week’s vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, and fruits. The harvest is seasonal: flowers and fruits are only available in season. In the months of April-May, the harvest is also more limited than during the rest of the year, such as summer.

Come and experience the benefits of freshly harvested produce and an active involvement in the Phood Community Farm!
